EMAR 145 Application

An aircraft Maintenance Organisation (MO) must be approved according EMAR 145 in order to perform maintenance work on or related to aircraft registered on the Norwegian defence sector aircraft register (NDAR). If you plan to apply for such an approval, we suggest you download and use the guidance material and templates listed below. Note that EMAR 145 compliance will be a requirement in any future maintenance contract awarded to a Norwegian or foreign MO for work on aircraft on the Norwegian defence sector aircraft register (NDAR).

The EMAR 145 application must be completed using a Form 2, found in the link below. Additionally, you need to nominate post holders in certain key management positions in the organisation. Personal details must be submitted as a completed Form 4.

Please note that applications relating to current or upcoming maintenance contracts (civilian organisation) or assignment (military organisation) will be prioritized.
