EMAR 147 Application

Before an aircraft Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO) is approved to conduct training and examination as specified in EMAR 66 in the context of the Norwegian defence sector, the organisation must apply to MAA-NOR for such approval according to EMAR 147. This applies both to Norwegian and foreign MTOs.

The EMAR 147 application must be completed using a Form 12, found in the link below. Additionally, you need to nominate post holders in certain key management positions in the organisation. Personal details must be submitted as a completed Form 4.
